Today marks two months of trying to become healthier. I wasn’t even going to take a picture because I thought my vacation had sabotaged my progress, but I was pleasantly surprised!

Happy Transformation Tuesday everyone! I remember when this dress couldn’t even fit! motiveweight
This isn’t my first time posting but I’ve been feeling down about my current weight so i thought to show how much progress I’ve done over the years.
Before- 170 (heaviest 180ish)
I am on my school’s cross country team and I would have never of thought during my senior year of high school i would be able to run miles upon miles with out any problems. It shows that anyone can do it!
things life is too short for:
- hating yourself
- pretending to laugh at “jokes” that are actually just bigoted statements
- not singing along to your favorite songs
- waiting hours to text someone back just to look cool
- bad coffee
- bad books
- mean people
- body shaming
- letting other people dictate your life
